Highlights from the Madden Collection

The Madden Collection at the University of Denver was gifted to the University in 2016. This largely eclectic art collection was amassed over half a decade of collecting and most are featured at the Madden Museum of Art.
Highlights of the exhibition include Hung Liu’s Mountain Ghost (seen above), Chen Chi’s A Man Walking in Snow, Thomas Moran’s Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came, Raymond Knaub’s Summer Water Hole, Sand Hills, Nebraska, and Guy Péne du Bois’ Crossroads. As a whole, the exhibition displays the Madden Collection in new ways pairing works never seen together!
